I've been using a form of healing and change through audio entrainment techniques. I use sound files that are not the typically musical form.
Spiralstarz.com hosted sound frequency files.
One particular kind as of late has been the most effective for me. They are called Heal Via Many Levels and DNA SweetSpin and by Sound of Stars frequencies.
Through meditation with the sound files I have experienced what seem to have been heightened states of body and mind. I've also noted a decrease in pain, and especially emotional upset.
I use Heal Via Many levels for emotional healing mainly and also acute headache pain.
(The maker of the files holds a strict disclaimer notice about the use of these for medicinal purposes so I'm not claiming that it has the ability to heal or decrease pain for everyone.)
I have found also that the sound of DNA Sweetspin makes me laugh and feel happy. The sound is sweet, almost like birds.
I don't know a lot about the subject but have experienced quite a change in mood, visual meditations and uncanny forms of synchronicity.

Hopefully this has been useful for me to share with all of you.

music heals depending on many factors
i used it in the operating room and it helped everyone to be calmer and heal faster and less anesthetic drugs were needed
research has shown that too

for children music they enjoyed and were used to
and everyone regressed and became childlike
for adults classical baroque music which has a calming tempo and also some modern stuff but not noisey and disturbing

some laughs were sinatra singing why not take all of me
and amazing grace which led to patient asking if everything was okay

Yes, I've heard that classical baroque music has the best effects for help with learning and memory. Actually the scientist who makes the sound frequency files that i'm using suggested that classical music, especially barowue works well with them.

I'd love to read some of your books some day, I hope to go out and find some. (even the kids books , I'm in Canada but i'm sure they'll be available somewhere here.

Thank you so much for your reply.
