Dear Friends, Bernie could not find Miracle this morning. When he did find her, her condition has deteriorated more and he doesn't think she will live through the day. Miracle has had a wonderful life with human parents who loved her like one of their children.
My heart is sad for Bernie. I believe that Miracle feels it is Ok for her to leave us because little Princess is now living with Bernie and Bobbie and will try to fill the hole in their hearts.
Please say a prayer that Miracle will not suffer anymore and that she will pass into the next world and watch over her human family from heaven.
Bernie. Please allow yourself to grieve. You take care of all of our needs/concerns and don't take care of Bernie. However, don't let your tears put out Miracle's candle. Let her light shine!
I came on here to find out about Miracle so I could tell my mother. I am sad that she is going to die today. Bernie you get Ruth to put notes on here about Miracle but you write on the other pages yourself so I think you must just be too sad to write about miracle, but you have to be strong so Miracle doesn't worry about you. When our pets are dying we are really quiet so they can feel happy to let their spirit leave their body and suffer no more pain, because we know that their spirit is always stuck to our spirit even if we are sad that we can't cuddle them anymore. Then when you are quiet you can still talk to your dead pets because the spirits are stuck together because you loved them. I will think about miracle today now I know what she looks like and I hope Bernie you aren't too sad and can write a note on here to tell us that you saw that we are thinking of Miracle and tell us about her like Ruth said she would leave you to tell us stories about Miracle. I just remembered my friend's cat went under the low tankstand to die and they never thought of looking under there because she didn't usually go under there. Sometimes if you can't find a cat it's because they go away and try to die because they want to. And if they stay close to you and you don't want them to die then they live on a bit longer and have to put up with more pain. So you always tell your pets it's OK for them to die when they want to. luv Cathy xx
i am okay the hard part is being her doctor when she gets mad at me for medicating and feeding her the easy part is loving her and letting her go so she will be dreamless, unalive and perfect again

Cathy, you are so wise. Bernie will tell us stories about Miracle when he's ready. I hope he will write a book about her. It's a good way for him to heal and remember her, in my opinion. It's up to him.
Bernie didn't ask me to put the notes about Miracle on the website. I am just being his friend.
I know Miracle taught little Princess how to take care of their parents!

miracle died tonight in my arms she sent me a message too when i went to get a bag to put her body in and carry her to her burial site the bag i randomly pulled out of a collection of bags had these words printed on its side thank you thank you thank you
I'm pleased you are OK Bernie and Miracle can die when she wants to. Pets always forgive you for doing things to them that they don't like. But I think when Miracle dies she won't be unalive like you say. She will still be alive. At least her spirit will still be alive. It's just her body that will be dead. So she will still be Miracle to you and alive in your heart. We've been through this with animals heaps of times. I hope Princess doesn't miss Miracle too much.
Ruth I can't give Ma and Papa a hug yet. They don't know I'm on here. Papa is in Melbourne and Ma is down in the main hospital. Anna and I are here with the pets and it's good because it is end of year assignment time and exams and I don't have to be at school all the time so I can take care of our pets. But I can't visit Ma because she doesn't want us to use the train at night and walk home. So I'll give them a hug when I see them. I talk to Ma on the phone and she says she is OK and has no complaints. luv Cathy xx
Thanks for telling us that Bernie. Everyone in my family will say sincere sympathy to you and your family. I thought Miracle had already died so that's why I came on here to check. I hope you aren't too sad and isn't it good when they died in your arms. Our pets always died in Ma's arms and we were usually there too. Bernie I'm going to phone the hospital and tell Ma. I remembered that sometimes when our pet dies it's sad but you can breath easily and we always all held them and then had a cup of tea with a candle burning for them. Sometimes when you are sad you can think you hear them again or see them and it's just the power of the spirit to help you. And I liked the thank you on the bag because our pets always give messages in funny ways. luv Cathy xx
Bernie, thanks for letting us know and also for telling us about Miracle's message. I love how our loved ones continue to communicate with us because consciousness is non-local. I'm sorry for your loss but happy Miracle is perfect again. Her body is unalive but her spirit is alive and stuck to yours with love, just like Cathy said! Your poem is beautiful - I remember it from other times. Sending you and Bobbie a gentle hug.
