Hey gang! NO ONE seems to be talking lately. I guess people are busy with the Sunny weather. (or floods) Things at my apartment are going well. I have no more water coming through the roof; they finally fixed it correctly this time! Yea!!

I go back to the new neurosurgeon, Dr. Barnett, at UTSW Medical Center. (University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center) It, the hospital, was just given approval by NIH and is considered the Top Dog when it comes to cancer. I see Dr. Barnett on August 15th after I have another MRI. Then, we shall schedule surgery. I drew some stuff for Bernie to get my feelings out about the upcoming surgery. We talked on the phone as well as an email about what I did. I learned a lot about myself from that drawing. Thank you, Bernie. I wanted to say 'HI' to Ruth, my CM, as well. It is time to talk people! You are the most important people to me! I love you all.
Love,
Rosie

Now, how did you know it was to be good news, Bernie.?Actually it is FANTASTIC news! Dr. Barnett said that if I do surgery, I can have a good chance of becoming BLIND. Therefore, he wants to wait and have me do an MRI in 6 months and then see him. I now have 3 meningiomas in the brain and also 1 cavernoma in the left temporal lobe. They will not take it out because on the left side I have my VPL shunt. I have not had to have surgery on it in over 11 years!
I love ya BDad. Thank you for being an optimist!!!!! I am stronger spiritually, you do know that! I listened to my music last night. It really helped me settle down and be strong. What does God have planned for me next? We shall see. Much Love, Rosie
