Dear Thrivers!

I was reading an article from the AANP (American Association of Nurse Practioners) about chocolate and heart health.  I knew chocolate is good for your health.  Now there is research that confirms it!  Read on:

Researchers link chocolate to heart health

A study of almost 20,000 people found those who ate 7.5 grams of chocolate a day had lower blood pressure and a 39% lower risk of heart attack than those who ate 1.7 grams. The flavonols in cocoa seem to be responsible for the health benefits, the lead researcher said.

This story published in AANP SmartBrief on 03/31/2010

Eat more dark chocolate!  It's good for you!

The sweets decrease high Blood force due to occurrence of Flavonoid in cacao which balances the body-fluid force and also declines the blot clotting. The sweets are utilized in intensive hyper hardworking drugs.
